Reach the studio.
Questions about a glaze, a custom set, or a lead time? Send a note. For a made-to-order set, tell me how many places you need and I'll write back with a timeline.
Messages here are simulated — nothing is actually sent. In the real shop this form would email the studio.
Before you write, the usual five.
How long until my order ships?
Most pieces are thrown after you order and ship in two to four weeks — that is the rhythm of two kiln loads a week, not a warehouse. Ready-to-ship pieces leave within the week, and in the real shop I email you the moment the box is on its way.
Can these go in the dishwasher and microwave?
Almost everything, yes — the glazes are food-safe and fired to cone 6. The two exceptions: hand-wash the pour-over carafe to protect the spout edge, and just wipe the salt cellar clean since its interior stays raw on purpose.
Do you ever sell seconds?
Twice a year. Pieces with a glaze run or a wobble I cannot un-see go up at half price, and the kiln list hears about it first. They hold soup exactly as well as the firsts.
Do you wholesale to shops?
A handful of small shops carry my work each season. Write to the studio with your shelf plan and timing — I keep wholesale to two runs a year so retail orders never slow down.
What happens if a piece arrives broken?
Send a photo of the box and the break within a week and I remake it at the front of the queue, no charge. It happens maybe twice a year — the kiln-to-door packaging earns its keep.
