Release contract v1

Infrastructure

Signed updates with explicit identity

Every advertised update is bound to canonical release metadata before the Hub signs or serves it.

  • Bound version, commit, checksum, asset name, algorithm, and signing-key version into one manifest.
  • Added content-addressed release assets and receipts between upload, signing, and publication.
  • Kept yanked releases in the audit history while preventing new download or installation.
